GoutTrack is an educational tracking tool only. It does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. Always consult a licensed physician about your symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment plan. Never disregard or delay medical advice because of anything in this app.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 to use GoutTrack.

Community forum

Be respectful. No harassment, medical misinformation presented as fact, spam, or illegal content. We may remove posts or suspend accounts that violate this. Forum content reflects other users' opinions, not ours or a medical professional's.

Subscriptions

Premium is a recurring subscription billed via Stripe. Cancel anytime from your account's billing portal; access continues through the end of the paid period. No partial refunds for unused time.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempting to breach security, scrape other users' data, or use the app for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimer & liability

GoutTrack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for health outcomes, decisions made based on app data, or service interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Termination

You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
